I do not think my weight reading is accurate. What should I do?

If you do not think your weight reading is accurate, first ensure your weight scale is on a flat, levelled surface, and that you are following the proper instructions when taking your morning weight:

    • Shortly after waking up
    • After using the washroom
    • Before having breakfast
    • Without clothing on

After following these instructions, if you still think your reading is not accurate, please try testing your weight on another scale (if available) and compare the two readings.
