To make sure Medly works with your phone, please check that you have:

   The software version Android 5.1.1 or above installed.

How do I find the software version of my Android?

Below are general guidelines to help you find your phone’s software version:

  1. Locate the Settings icon  on your phone
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select ‘About phone/device’ (You may have to first select ‘System’ and then ‘About phone/device’)
  3. Select ‘Software information’
  4. Your Android version is displayed under the header ‘Android version’

If these steps don’t work or if you need further instructions, please check your phone’s user manual.
